Just One Melacha allows users to create reminders and receive SMS notifications based on those reminders.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Private Management Links

No user account is required to make a commitment. You are responsible for:

• Providing an email address that you control.
• Keeping private commitment-management links secure.
• Not forwarding those links to another person.

Uncommitting is final for that record. You may create a new commitment later if you wish to begin again.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional reminder text messages from Just One Melacha.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use another person’s private management link.
• Abuse or misuse the platform.

Availability

Reminder delivery is not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, internet outages, or third-party failures may prevent timely delivery.

Users remain responsible for important deadlines.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, graphics, and content remain the property of Just One Melacha or Blue Wave Studio LLC.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just One Melacha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may restrict access that violates these Terms.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically.
